Refund policy
This page restates Section 4 of the Terms of Service in plain words. If the two ever differ, the Terms govern.
A new seat starts with fourteen days free. A card is collected at signup through Stripe and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is ever charged. If you do not cancel, the first charge of US$1,500 is made on the day the trial ends, and on the same day each month after that. You get a reminder email before the trial converts.
Cancel any time, online and without contacting anyone, through the cancellation link in every brief and every Stripe receipt, or by emailing billing@mvat.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the brief continues until then and no further charge is made. There are no cancellation fees.
Because the brief is delivered daily and the trial allows a full evaluation at no cost, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires one or where we choose to give one.
If we end your subscription for any reason other than a breach of the Terms, a legal requirement or legal risk, we give thirty days' notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unexpired period (Terms, Section 11).
