The Origination Engine is built and run by Ariel Agor, who modeled structured-finance cash flows at Deloitte and now builds production AI systems. He wrote the engine, its backtest, this site and the phone line himself. A New York family office was the first user; it is not named, by agreement.
The engine reads public SEC filings only. It does not trade, take positions, contact issuers or recommend anything, and the operator has no relationship with any company it covers. The scoring rules and the backtest, misses included, are published so you can check the work rather than take it on trust.
The Service is operated by SANSPNASH, a California sole proprietorship doing business as The Origination Engine.
